GÜLÇİN BAŞDEMİR
Gülçin Başdemir was born in 1957 in Izmir-Turkey. After graduating from The Medical Faculty of Hacettepe University-Ankara in 1981, she worked for Izmir Social Security Hospital for one year, then she started her post-graduation in Community Medicine at The Medical Faculty of The Aegean University Izmir. In 1984, she entered the Pathology Dept. of the same University where she became a specialist. in 1988. After long years of pathological career she retired as a Professor of Pathology in 2003. She also worked for many NGOs since her school days. Now she wants to offer her medical experience for the benefit of the people who need Medical Assistance for Medical Tourism in a beautiful Country which provides both services deservedly. She has a 25 year old son and live in Izmir.

CENAP AKPINAR
Cenap Akpınar studied computer programming at Bosphorus University., Istanbul, Turkey. After spending 10 years in Belgium (working on various NATO projects on education and health), U.K., Austria, Australia,  returned to his hometown, Izmir, the capital of the Aegean region. He has been doing freelance medical translations since school years and spent a great deal of time working with medical doctors, hospitals (private and state), centers in mainly Western Turkey. He is looking forward to offer his experience in the healthcare field to patients seeking professional and reasonably priced medical solutions. While living in Australia, He has also worked as one of the sales manager of RCI (first and the biggest time-share holiday company in the World) and after returning home to Western Turkey, he worked around ten years in the tourism industry. Married to Orkide Akpinar, they have a daughter and a son and live in Izmir.

RİMA MELHEM
Rima Melhem was born in 1977 in Aydin, Turkey. She graduated from The School of English Language of Bilkent University, Ankara in 1997. Then she got the licence degree of Computer Technologies and Programming from the same university. Rima Melhem established her own company “Melhem Bilisim Ltd. Sti.” in 2000. She encountered The BATIGOZ in 2003 during the projects of establishment of the clinics. After 2006 she joined the family of BATIGOZ Eye Clinics as “The Corporate Marketing Coordinator” And still she still works as “ The International Project Consultant” of these clinics. She is a marine enthusiast, single and lives in Izmir and Kusadasi.

MEHMET SÖYLER
Mehmet Söyler was born in 1967 in Diyarbakır. He graduated from GATA military medical faculty, Ankara in 1991 and completed his further studies for becoming a specialist in the ophtalmology clinic of the same faculty. That same year, Dr. Söyler started working for The İzmir Air Force Hospital which lasted for seven years, until he became one of the founding members of Batıgöz Eye Laser Ophtalmology Hospital in 2004. He is still the Chairman of Board in Batıgöz. Dr. Söyler has become a specialist in cataract, glaucoma and vitreo retinal surgery. He is member of ASCRS, ESCRS, Turkish Ophtalmology Association and is also actively participating in The Cataract and Refractive Surgery Association. Dr. Söyler has good knowledge of english, he is married and has 2 children.

ÖZGÜR ERDEM
Özgur Erdem was born in K.Maraş in 1972. He graduated from Izmir Bornova Anatolian High School in 1990 and Ege University Medical School in 1996. He completed plastic surgery training programme in Plastic Surgery Department of Ege University Medical School in 2003 and became a plastic surgeon. He is married and has a child. He has been working as a free plastic surgeon in Klinest Aesthetic and Beauty Center in Izmir since 2004.

CENK TOKAT
Cenk Tokat was born in Ankara in 1975. He graduated from Ankara University Medical School 1999. He completed plastic surgery training programme in Reconstructive Plastic Surgery Department of Ege University Medical School in 2005 and became a plastic surgeon. He has been working as a free-lance plastic surgeon in Klinest Aesthetic and Beauty Center in Izmir since 2004.

OYA AKALIN BAZMAN
Born in İzmir in 1957. Graduated from the Dental Faculty of Hacettepe University. Have worked as a dentist for 25 years. Also has the certificate of Radiology and good knowledge of English.

ERTUĞRUL YILMAZ
Born in 1956. Graduated from the Dental Faculty of Hacettepe University in 1982. Has the certificate of Radiology and good knowledge of English.
