- This can be performed along with septum deviation.
- This operation is performed in the hospital, under general anesthesia.
- Operation lasts 2,5 to 3 hours.
- Patient doesn’t have to stay overnight in the hospital. No necessity to lie down. Homerest is recommended.
- Stitches are inside the nose, or there may be a minor stitching on the tip of the nose. Stitches are removed after a week. A tampon is placed in the nose following the operation, 3 days later it is removed. A plaster stays on the nose for a week. No stitch scars remain.
