DAY 01
Izmir Departure - Pamukkale (Hierapolis)
   Morning departure to Pamukkale. Pamukkale (the cotton castle) one of the most spectacular sites. See
the wonderful formations of the travertine and watch the cataracts falling into basins at the bottom of
the mountain. Walk around the ancient city Hierapolis, the Monument and Thermal Baths. See the
architectural genius of the Theatre, the magnificently well preserved Necropolis and the world wide
famous "Devil’s Hole". Year round swimming possibility in the natural hot spring pool. Proceed to your hotel
after the tour. Overnight in Pamukkale. (L, D)

DAY 02
Pamukkale - Izmir Arrival - End
    Free time to explore and enjoy the hot spring water source at your hotel. Check out and proceed back to
Izmir. Izmir arrival. Drop off at Izmir. End of our services. (B)

CAPPADOCIA TOUR

2 Days Ankara - Cappadocia Tour (EX-ANKARA ending in Ankara or Kayseri)
Day 01
Ankara Arrival - Cappadocia
Arrival to Ankara airport. Meet at the airport and morning visit to the Anatolian Civilizations Museum at which numerous remnants from Stone Age, Neolithic Age, Hittites, Urartians, Phrygians and many others are on display; Mausoleum of Ataturk, the burial place of the national hero who founded modern Republic of Turkey. Then continue on to Cappadocia with lunch on the way. After a picturesque trip along the Salt Lake visit to the 13th century Seljukian Caravanserai Agzikarahan. After visiting Kaymakli Underground City, the place early Christians hid from persecutors, proceed to the hotel for overnight. (L, D)
Day 02
Cappadocia - Kayseri End
Optional balloon tour. Depart from the hotel at 09.30-10.00 depending on the arrival time of the participants and visit the Imagination Valley where animal-like natural formations like camels and fair chimneys are abundant. Drive on to Pasabagi in Zelve area where monks used to live in seclusion in rock cut rooms. Proceed to town of Avanos where Kizilirmak (Hallys), the longest river of Turkey meanders for centuries. After lunch break visit to the Pigeon Valley near Uchisar. Continue on to Open Air Museum in Goreme to visit to the early Christian churches decorated with unique frescoes depicting various scenes from the Bible. After, transfer to the airport in Kayseri. Drop off at Kayseri airport (or proceed back to Ankara airport-lunch is included in Ankara drop option). End of our services. (B)
